Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this site and join the AIDO MVP waitlist, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

AIDO is built by Tsanov Labs Ltd (Sofia 1000, Bulgaria). We are the controller of the data described here. Questions about privacy go to dencho@tsanov.eu.

What we collect

  • Waitlist application · your name, work email, company (optional), role, team size, the areas you plan to use agents for, how far along you are with agents, any note you add, and whether you're open to a short interview.
  • Referrals · the referral code we give you, and the code you arrived with, if any.
  • Bot protection · Google reCAPTCHA collects technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, and how you interact with the page, to tell people from bots.
  • Technical data · our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site. Our application logs record errors, not who you are, and are kept for 30 days.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.

Why we use it

  • To email you about early access · invites, setup links and updates about the MVP. Legal basis: your consent, given with the checkbox on the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • To choose and set up early-access teams · reading applications, inviting cohorts and, if you agreed, arranging an interview. Legal basis: steps you asked us to take before a possible agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To keep the form free of bots and abuse · Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes it for us

  • Supabase · database hosting for waitlist applications (in the EU, Stockholm).
  • Amazon Web Services · hosting of this site, in the EU (Frankfurt).
  • Google · reCAPTCHA. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep your application until the early-access programme ends, or until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, your data then falls under the agreement you sign with us.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time — every email we send has a way to opt out, or write to dencho@tsanov.eu. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect what we did before. You can also complain to a data protection authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own for visitors. Google reCAPTCHA sets cookies needed to detect bots when the waitlist form loads.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and email you first about any change that affects how we use data we already hold.
